Dear CAPA Members:

Thank you very much for your nomination. The CAPA Election Committee is pleased to announce six (6) qualified candidates to fill five (5) positions on the Board of Directors (BOD) for years 2021-2023. The candidates are listed below in the order of receipt of their nominations.

The election will be held from Friday January 8, 2021 at 12:00 pm (noontime) EST to Sunday January 10, 2021 at 12:00 pm (noontime) EST.

Announcement of a New Scientific Journal of the CAPA

Dear fellow members, 

 
The BOD of the CAPA has approved to launch a new scientific journal of the CAPA. Profs. Guoping Cai at Yale University and Huan-You Wang at UCSD have been named as the co-editor in chiefs of the new scientific journal, which should be launched in the near future. They are also in charge of the journal launch and other logistics. Please join me to congratulate them. The BOD also thanks them for their willingness to lead the great cause. 
 
At this special Thanksgiving during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am very thankful for your enormous support, and wish you and your family a happy and safe thanksgiving. Please continue following the best practices to protect yourself and your family, such as social distancing, masking, washing hands often, not touching face and others.
