  2. For user name: letter, number and underscore is allowed. Space is NOT allowed in user name.
  3. Your membership application will be pending after submitting the registration form.
  4. CAPA membership admin will review your registration. You will receive email notification once it’s approved.
  5. You will be assigned Associate membership. You may choose to upgrade to paid membership (regular or lifetime) by logging to CAPA website and making a payment. CAPA website will update your membership level once payment is received.
